About Our Pastor

Rev. Victor Paul is a dedicated pastor and servant leader whose ministry is rooted in a deep commitment to faith, education, and spiritual growth. He currently serves as the Pastor of St. Andrew Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, bringing decades of compassionate leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement to the community. Prior to leading St. Andrew, he served as Pastor of Greater First Church in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Family is at the heart of Rev. Paul’s life; he has been happily married to his wife, Cynthia Renee, for 45 years. Together, they are the proud parents of three adult children, grandparents to seven, and reside in Bartlesville.

Our worship services are held every Sunday at 10:00 AM and Sunday School starting at 9:00 AM. We also offer a mid-week bible study on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.

Absolutely! We offer a range of programs for children and youth of all ages. Our Sunday School meets during the 9:00 AM service, and our Youth Group gathers quarterly for worship and fun activities. We're passionate about supporting our younger members in their faith journey.
